Itinerary

Start your 9 Devi yatra (tour) from Delhi. Morning drive to Chandigarh by road. En-route, visit Mata Mansa Devi Mandir near Mani Majra

Upon arrival at Chandigarh, check-in at hotel. Afternoon city tour visiting Rock Garden, Rose Garden, Sukhna Lake.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Morning after breakfast, drive to visit Shri Naina Devi Temple (106 Kms/2.5 Hrs) - located on hilltop in Bilaspur District.

Later drive to Chintpurni Devi Temple (110 Kms/2.5 Hrs).

Morning after breakfast, proceed towards to visit Mata Jwala Devi (30 Kms/01 Hr) and Brijeshwari Temple at Kangra. Later, drive to Dharamshala (25 Kms/01 Hr). Upon arrival, check-in at hotel. Evening free.

Morning after breakfast, city tour visiting Chamunda Devi Temple. Afternoon, visit Dalai Lama Monastery and Bhagsu Nag Temple.

Morning after breakfast, drive to Katra (240 Kms/06 Hrs). Upon arrival check-in at hotel. Later afternoon, start your trek journey to Vaishno Devi Temple.

The trek from Katra to the Vaishno Devi Bhawan is approximately 13 km and is well-paved. Pilgrims may also opt for ponies, palkis, battery cars (where available), or helicopter services at an additional cost.

The ideal time is March to June and September to November, when the weather is pleasant for temple visits and mountain travel.

Carry comfortable walking shoes, modest clothing suitable for temple visits, light woollens (especially for Dharamshala), rain protection during the monsoon, personal medicines, and a valid government-issued photo ID.
